Can someone subpeona or get a court order for twitter for users personal information?

What kind of reasons will twitter release that information? Will they release it if sexual pictures were posted and the person, over the age of 18, went to court. Or would they not take the matter seriously enough to allow the court order?
So the person in the pictures has no legal right to take the matter to court? Or the court will look at the case as minor and not pursue the persons wish for court action? Which one?
How easy is it to get a court order in a situation like this?

They will release "it" if compelled to do so by court order. But they have very little information to release.

EDIT: Taya, I am reading and re-reading your additional questions, and I am sorry, but you are not making a damn bit of sense to me. The one thing that I seem to be able to figure out is that the person who wants the court order is a minor? Minors can only act in court through their parents.

Why don't you consider writing me privately and telling me what happened. Maybe we can figure something out.
