Because they are always playing catchup with constant interruptions for commercial breaks. So many ads are being shown that it would be impossible to keep up with events in real-time.

I am not clear what our greatest ally would want to censor in sports? I am certain they dont. It may just seem so. Did Britain cover it 24 hours a day when the games were being help in other countries? Surely it was only covered when there was the hughlights.
I would have cut out a lot of the lefty opening ceremony as well.not 7/7 of course but they probably have Islamic influence.?

It looks like live coverage to me.It's been on NBCSP everyday since the Olympics started. I'm watching France and Japan play soccer right now.

Because some of us are eight hours behind London......

I watch in the morning (8am which is 4pm in UK and 9pm which is 5am next day in UK)

I don't know why we couldn't see some events live.....
