"Hey there friend, what I could suggest you is that you use the following services, which are free to use and takes only a little bit of free time. These are as following:

- go to YourSocialMonitor.com and find hot Facebook Fan Pages grouped by somewhat, "more popular" countries located in the top
- use couple of Facebook accounts to post on these Fan page walls and tell people that they follow you by posting your Instagram username, and tell them what is your interests field like gaming, sports, movies, etc.
- go to FanPageList.com, and repeat the same process
