(FB)when i change my profile picture it doesnt appear in news feed?

whenever someone changes their pro pic, it appears in the news feed like " bla bla" changed his/her profile picture. when i change mine, it appears on my timeline and but nothing comes up in the news feed. how can i fix this
??
wouldnt change anything if i did any of that. this has been like this for a while

Try to change the picture which you are uploading,try to to use a different Bowser, or your internet connection might be slow
