I have a facebook account, and a facebook page im an admin for?
If i post on the facebook page, can my facebook friends see the posts I make? even if they are not liking the page. And if yes please give a detailed explanation of how to fix it so my friends cannot see the posts by the page.

No they can not. The facebook page is like a new account that doesn't have a connection with you personal account
