desperate help for getting my Instagram account back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Hello, so on October 27th, i was on instagram and just scrolling through my newsfeed & it logged me out saying "my account is secured and instagram has reset my password. i didnt think it was a big deal so i just hit forgot password and sent myself a password link to my email to reset it but i never had got a response and i know i used the correct email. however, i cannot use reset facebook because my account was never connected to my facebook account. i have tried everything! im so upset by this. i loved instagram and i refuse to make a new account because i had 14k and i dont want to start over. i have tried searching many websites and different ways on how to hack back into it but everything seems like a scam and its so expensive. any other ways? i really need help and need an expert right away.
