Moving in with my boyfriend what to expect?

I've never lived with a man before so this is a new experience for me, he is a decade older than me, and has his life pretty much set. I'm still in school and he is very supportive of me getting my education. However I haven't the slightest idea how this should work, I'm used to roommates and schedules and chore charts. Cooking for myself, doing my own laundry ect. IDk what I should do for him how I should act once we start living together...any suggestions..Please mature answers only we are not 5 years old here

Before I move in with anyone
I make sure
They tick off the check list

Are they reliable in paying rent on time
Are they a pigsty
Do they cook clean or gave one special talent
Are they responsible. ie: invite people from social media to party
And trash the house

Finally if we're not lovers what happens
If we fall for each other and it doesn't work out
Can we live together in peace
Or if we are lovers the same applies

What if we become hostile
Who moves out and who gets kicked out?
