Privacy Problems On FaceBook?!?

Ok I want people to send me a message and look at my birthday and friends when they're not my friend on Facebook, and It won't show ANYTHING! I have another account to see if would work but its just showing "add Me As a friend" and I edited my privacy settings and everything [Including saved] And Still won't work.! Please Help! Need An Answer ASAP!

First - you can do that by setting your birthday privacy setting to "everyone"
Second - you don't need another account to check your changes. Facebook provides a preview for looking at your profile as any other of your friends or as it would look to a non friend.
