How can I create a facebook page, facebook wont let me? PLEASE HELP!!!!!?

I want to create a facebook page for my band, but every time it asks me if i have a facebook account and i say yes and i enter my login information correctly and then it goes to a screen that says "temporarily logged out" and i've tried about 10 times and it makes me make a whole new password for my profile but all i want is to make a page!!!!! but it keeps on telling me "temporarily logged out" when i try to sign in to my profile, so what can i do to make a page?????

Delete all of your cookies on your computer and clear the cache and try again. To do this on most Internet browser, somewhere in the Options or Tools there will be this option. Google it if you want.

Then try again and it should work.
