Do you need a Good Pc to be able to record Bf4 footage on Fraps?

I have a Shit Pc & posted my Bf4 gameplay on a fake Facebook account. I remember hearing one YouTuber saying he had a mid to high end pc and he had to lower the quality because his Pc couldn't render it properly because of the Amazingness. On a scale of 1-10 I have a -2 PC and in order to get a single frame in minecraft I have to lower everything to low settings… I'm 15 and plan on building a high end PC when I get a job... Also if you're wondering how I have footage it's from the Ps4. Thanks :DDD

if you wish to record and play battlefield 4, your going to have to make an investment
1) a $800-1500 gaming PC
2)recording and editing software (fraps sucks)
3)not necessary but a good headset will give you the advantage.
4)good mic
NOTE: if you r trying to make it on YouTube/twitch, you have to work for it, i guarantee it, if you ask any youtuber, it is a risk. but a risk that pays off.
