fake facebook profile? need to trace?

can anybody help? i need to trace someone who has created a fake facebook profile, to inform me of my fella cheating, i need to know more and cant find a email, but surely u need a e mail ad to open a facebook account? any information greatly received
i don't wanna harass the person, just wanna know what evidence they got, says someone sent it from a fake profile sounds flimsy

thats the thing about profiles on Facebook you can open account
and remove it right way , now myspace you had to have the acount 2 weeks before you
could send or get emails, fb dones not have that ..i think your out of luck

if your guy is cheating dump him
or call him out on it
