Is there anyway to see who looks at your facebook profile?

No, there is not! and yes the items you mention are just scams to try and trick you onto something else which then gets some of your personal details.

No, most are scammy but look out for odd unconnected people (without mutual friends) who pop up in suggestions as they must have been there alot as facebook is pretty savvy at trying to link people up.

No. Facebook does not even make app API to hook into that will let you see who looks at who's profile.
Aka, Facebook has not even made it possible for apps to let you see who looks at who's profile. In fact, Facebook wants you to report any app claiming to do so, for spamming. |
