Tattoo parlors in MA that will tattoo 17 year old with parental consent?

A friend of mine passed recently. She made such an impact on my life and now that she's gone, everything feels empty.

I'd like to get a small tattoo of her signature on my left wrist so she is always with me. Where in Massachusetts allows 17 year olds (with PARENTAL CONSENT) to get tattoos? Please only mention parlors that are safe, clean, etc (you get the idea).

If there are none, I will wait a few months until my birthday but please help me out if you know of any parlors.

Most parlours will do it with parental consent.
Just Google the laws in your state if it mentions about parental consent all tattooists will operate this.
Just read fee websites/Facebook pages to see who are the most popular, usually means the cleanest, but the more popular the dearer a tattoo will be
