Yes. It is called porting your phone number. When you go to activate your new Straight Talk phone, there is an option to port your existing phone number from another company to Straight Talk.

Porting your phone number to Straight Talk may take a few hours to a few days. But it ususally goes through in less than 24 hours. If your phone does not activate right away wait 24 hours to contact Straight Talk, because they will not help you until it has been 24 hours.
