Emoji app for social networking?

Does anybody know of a good app that lets you type the iPhone emojis but on social networking apps like twitter and Instagram etc? I have an iPod so I don't have emojis and the only way I can use them on twitter is by copy and pasting them from a note I had saved, so does anyone know of a good app that lets you post emojis on twitter?

Have you tried going to settings and adding emoji to your keyboard settings? That usually works for all apple devices and that's how I got my emoji so I don't have to go back and forth from an app copying and pasting.
