how to talk to a girl you don't know?

I'm 19 and graduated last year c/o 2013 and there's this pretty cute girl that goes there still in the 12th grade thats 18. i followed her on twitter on instagram recently, i liked a couple of pictures and she did in return. ive never spoken to her in person, I doubt shes ever even seen me, Anyways I am very interested in her, but how would I connect/communicate with her without being some kind of "stalker commenting on a picture lol any help would be great, I was never good with these things

Just go up to her and say hi or just compliment her. You could say hi I like your jacket where did you get it? But don't have the creepy eyes that is one of the biggest turn offs.

yea I just usually walk up to a boy and say, "hey! we're twitter friends" and then it just goes from there...don't ask where she got her jacket from-.- that's weird.
