advice needed.... boyfriend trouble?

Ive been going out with a boy for nearly a year
and about a month ago I found that he hid girls number from me and he saved them under boys names on his phone
Anyways i caught him and he said sorry so i forgave him I didn't ask him to delete any of his social networking sites
I already had one of the girls he hid on my Instagram and facebook ( I don't know her )
And the other day she commented on my picture saying "marry me" and i replied saying "im all yours"
I dont even know the girl its just a joke, however I think my boyfriend got a bit jealous and he blocked her from my instagram account
And i unblocked her
And he goes if i follow her hes going to delete my intsagram
I did follow her coz i havent done anything wrong and obviously im going to follow her if he was hiding her away from me
Now he wants to delete my instagram and if i dont let him he doesn't want anything to do with me
Shall i let him ? I honestly love this guy to bits but the thing he doesn't treat me right at all he tells me to **** off now and again he calls me a lot of names but I just kind of ignore it
I don't mind deleting my account but the thing is I haven't done anything wrong and if I let him delete it im just letting him get his way

I know this seems so pathetic but help me out
what shall I do ? who is in the wrong? im going to show him your answers
