If hes popular and flirts with others, do i stand a chance?

So, theres a guy that I work with that i really like, and i have been strugglibg to work him out for ages! Thing is, he seems to talk to two other girls on twitter, and they are pretty, so i feel like i dont stand a chance!

He seems flirty, when we work together he always breaks the 'touch barrier' by nudging me, getting high 5's and he got me to put on my bracelet for him to try on :L (he isnt gay haha)

Theres another guy that did like me, and he once asked me 'so do you actually like him back?'- this really threw me as to why hed ask, and of course i said no.
So I hadnt seen him for about 1 1/2 months, and he came into work early and came straight up to me with a huge grin and said: 'I havent seen you in ages! How've you been?' and we had a little conversation, and it was really nice. Previously I had a bit of a wonky fringe, and he nicknamed me 'wonky donkey', and when I saw him he was like 'oh you dont have a wonky fringe anymore, well done haha' so kinda complimenting me?

Me and my collegue where rating everyone at work outta ten, and i gave him a 9, and my friend was like, oh he'll be happy to know that' - WHY?!?

AS i dont see him that often anymore, I went into work on my day off to collect my wages, as I knew he was working and thought Id see him I went in and he came out of the bar where he works and said 'oh what are you doing here' and teased me a bit. Then when we were talking at the bar I asked him if he had twitter, he siad yeah, and then I said oh alright then I'll add you. SO now I dont know what to say to him.
When I asked if he could follow me back on twitter he said 'yeah if i go on it tonight' bit blunt?
then we had a chat, and he had positive body language, like leant over the bar, and his arms pointed to me, and we discussed like my driving lessons.

So we're friends on facebook, but dont really chat, and Im scared to chat to him on twitter as i dunno what to say other that hello :/ He went on twitter at 6 straight after he finished work to accept me, but didnt say anything to me.

Im seeing him at work on friday but dunno what to say, i cant ask him out


I cant ask him out, as I dont wanna be rejected, as i have been before by someone, and I dont know how to hint to him i like him.
Also where we work is quite gossipy
