With internet and social media today, Americans are more aware of the facts. Are they still pretending that the Bush Tax Cuts had nothing to do with our deficit?

The Bush tax cuts for the middle class were by far the most money. And Obama fought to keep them.

So shouldnt you be mad at Obama for adding to the deficit and debt since he has been president for 5 years and all?

The $17T debt comes from unauthorized 1960s "great society" spending....You can tell if spending is authorized by the constitution if it is MENTIONED by the constitution...All the extra Health, Education, Welfare, Unemployment, Housing, Day Care and rest of the Democrat spending that was REQUIRED to be left to the states, has emptied the coffers and added $17T IN DEBT THOUGH DEMOCRAT AND REPUBLICAN ADMINISTRATIONS

The crisis was brought forth by Frank Dodd and Barney Frank's bill to allow those who would not pay or could not afford a mortgage receive them anyway. The rest of us had to pay that shortage with our equity and therefore lost 40% of our overall wealth.

Obama kept those tax cuts in effect brother...get your facts straight.

That and the 2 unfunded wars Bush thought didn't incur debt, as long as they were left off of the official budget.

And to answer, clearly, given the answers you've gotten, yes, they do.

You the two stimlus packages obama wanted(and wasted) had nothing to do with it. How about all the trips to 'promote his agenda' which were vacations and day trips at our expense. How mand new employees at the irs to overseet this health care fisaco.

how about the fact it was less than 10t when obama took office. He is going to more than double it in before he is done.
