I updated my galaxy s2 to andriod 4.1.2 but instagram video is still not working?

I downloaded Jellybean but I still cannot use instagram video.any tips?

go to settings>manage apps>download tab>instagram

clear data and cache... once done, click uninstall.......... after its done... turn off pohone... wait 1 minute... turn it back on..... reinstall instagram...... log back in.... video work now????????????

if not, and video works fine elsewhere on the GS2, then its an app issue., Not a android or google or Samsung or blah blah blah issue.... .... contact Instagram via email ound on play.google.com/store instagram's page page
