Where can i find a good tattoo artist who does great coverups?

I have some small "cherry blossoms" on my shoulder and need some red roses to cover it. HOWEVER i absolutely HATE when tattoo artist put a black line around EVERY tattoo that they do, a red rose does not have a black line outlining it in real life so i don't want that on my tattoo. I suppose the way to request that would be a 3D rose? I'm not sure but does anyone have any suggestions? and maybe a facebook or instagram profile to back up the artists work? Also, this cover is up is for my wedding in April so i need to find someone ASAP. THANK YOU!!

Depends on where you live.

Lining is done to help hold the ink in the tattoo. You can get a tattoo done with minimal lining or no out lining, depending on what you want done.
Just ask them for a realistic rose with no out lining.
Check out face book and tattoo artists. Or check out some shops in your area and see if some one can do it.

depends where you live but the show Bad Ink (the hosts go around looking for bad tatoos to cover) seems to have a good shop
