I researched this couple months ago for someone with same need, to merge 2 facebook accts or pages, and it cannot be done, as told by FAcebook themselves. Says they do not have the current ability to do that. Which I think is false, but they just don't want to do it.
Because EVERYthing that is every started on Facebook continues to exist, even if unused for years. I started on facebook about 4 yrs ago, and it didn't work for me, so tried to cancel everything. But you can't. You will still get questions askked about letting someone sign up or 'friend' up. You can ask them to stop sending you requests on email, but the info you entered is still there forever. So sorry, you cannot merge 2 pages, based upon FAcebook info, even tho' they give you info to seem like you can. Ads |

I have merged a couple of Facebook pages in the past. You will see the Merge option while going into the edit section of your page only when :-
1. Both of your page's names are same 2. You are manager of both of the pages So first make it sure that the names of both of the pages are same and also you are manager of both of them. After that, you will be able to merge them. |
