What is the simplest way to set up a business Facebook page?

I have clients that want me to set up a Facebook page for their business, but I've read that if I set it up using my account I won't be able to separate the business page from my account without deleting it (which would be counter-productive).

Go create an official page. It will be on your account but your name and other information will not be visible to anyone on the page.

The creator of a page is anonymous, but you need an account to create it. You can't create anything on facebook without an account.
