How do I contact a person at Facebook due to being locked out of account?

I own a small business and was setting account options on my Facebook page, when suddenly I was locked out and was notified that it looked like my account was being hacked. I received a notice that I had to prove my identity by uploading scanned ID, and that I would be contacted once it was reviewed. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not heard anything. I have uploaded my info 9 times in the hope that someone would see it and respond. I am still locked out and it is hurting my business. I need to contact a PERSON at Facebbook to get some help with this. I have been unable to locate a phone number or Contact Us info. Does anyone know how to contact customer/technical support people at Facebook?

there is no way to contact a PERSON at facebook as they have no customer support department - because they dont have customers, they have users

if you were forced to send them your govt ID, everything on the account would have to match what is on the ID

so if you created a facebook account using anything other than your real name, sending them your ID will do no good

Part of the problem when sites are free, they dont have to provide support. Check through their help section and see if there is any way to check the status.
