Social security currently is bankrupt. Reason being is that all of the money goes in the general fund and Obama is spending it. This leave Social Security with a big worthless IOU from Uncle Sam.
I 20 to 30 years the stock market would have generated about a 10 to 15% ROI. That is Return on Investment. You could have passed your earnings onto your children under Bush's plan. But you must not have read Bush's plan. You are a whiner. |

It wasnt supposed to be tied to the stock market, but to 4-5 percent bonds. Which are still doing well.
