Petition Signatures & Marketing?

I have an "online" petition on Change.org and cannot afford to pay them to advertise it for me for signatures. Does anyone have any suggestions on ways I can promote my petition?

The title of the petition is "Jobs For The Homeless"
and it is going to President Obama, Senate, House of Representatives

It is up to 262 signatures as of now and I started it 11/30/13.
My goal is 20,000 by 11/30/14

I tweet, Facebook, emailed people I know and even trying to get the media to run the story for me. So far no luck, but I am not one for giving up.

This petition affects the world as I feel if one country starts to help the homeless to get jobs, others will follow.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated & stop by and sign it if you can & tell others

Well, what you have done so far is good. Just post the link everywhere you can. Little good it will do as we have a Republican house, they much prefer to belittle and blame the homeless than to help them.
