How do I uninstall the app for changing the color of my facebook?

I recently saw an app I could download where I could change the color of my Facebook page, but it turned out to be a big mistake. Every time I log into Facebook, the app automatically sends out an invitation to all my friends for an event that links them to the app's download site. I've tried almost everything I can think of, but nothing works, and all of my friends and I are pissed off and annoyed with it, and I just want it gone. I've tried AdBlocking it, cancelling all of the events, reporting it, and ending the task multiple times. Please help me.

if it's a program you installed into your computer, go to add/remove programs and find "Yontoo Layers" and remove it

if it's a browser extension, go here to learn how to remove it

if it's a facebook app, go to your app list page, and just remove it from the list
