can't forward messages?
Another day, another yahoo mail problem! Today I can't forward any messages. The contacts to put on any outgoing message was out for a while earlier and I hoped when that was fixed, this forwarding problem would be fixed. Nope. Still can't forward anything. What's up with yahoo NOW? If it's not the email it's in the yahoo groups that something isn't working and we have no way to contact yahoo to let them know there is a problem! They really care about their customers? It doesn't appear so. If you put something on their facebook page, you get a rote message that they are working on it, but they never get fixed or it takes forever. Maybe fixing one thing messes up one or more other things? WHy didn't they leave well enough alone when things were working fairly well. If this is called improvement...

I checked your account, and it appears to be working normally, Pat. This would indicate an issue with your computer and/or Web browser. I am very sorry you're having this problem adding contacts to an email you want to send. This feature isn't available in Yahoo! Mail Basic. If you are using the Basic version of Yahoo! Mail, you can switch back to full-featured mode to get this feature back. For more on how to switch between Basic and regular full-featured Yahoo! Mail, please have a look at "Switching between basic and full-featured Yahoo! Mail", available at:

If you are having this problem using the full-featured mode, then it is likely due to an issue with your Web browser. I recommend reading the following Yahoo! Mail Help article "Autocomplete not working" for the best help resolving this problem. You can find the link to it below.

I hope this has helped you!
