Can Facebook punish me?
Hi.
I made this page a few weeks ago, and some of my Admins was posting 'Porn' video's, they was getting around 10-15 million 'weekly total reach' and around 10,000 likes & shares. They though it was great... So Facebook recently removed all the video's one by one, and gave Admins a warning about their own account and our page. What's the worst Facebook can do to them if they keep posting 'Porn'? Would they sue, shut down IP address's? Or will they just delete the page? Our page has around 150,000 likes. Thanks, Jamie Ads |

they will just delete the page, and possibly take all the admins to court for doing something illegal if your admins continue to disobey their rules

Although you should be a better administrator of your Facebook page(s), and actively take down offensive or illegal content, I doubt that Facebook would punish you for the actions of other people.
The Administrators of the Facebook Web site might demand that you make your Facebook page private to reduce the number of ne'er-do-wells who post links to porn on your Facebook page, it's unlikely that they will hold you personally and directly responsible for illicit material that you did not post. I'm uncertain of the precise context of your plight. If you're involved with a bunch of puerile dweebs who post illegal, illicit, questionable, or potentially offensive material on Facebook pages with which you are somehow associated, you should seriously consider dissociating yourself from those dweebs. |
