i can't set an arabic name for my page on facebook??!?

well, here's the thing, I've created a Facebook page, but i cant set an Arabic name for it
when i try to put an Arabic name i get this message (Creating content with this name is not allowed)

do Facebook prevent Arabic names for pages lately?
i also tried to translate my page's name at (update page info), didn't work, the translation wasn't allowed.
how to change the name into Arabic

you have to be living in an country that uses that language in order to create a page using that language (facebook can detect where you live)
