Simply download from Yahoo group and mail it from any ID to anyone or make a post in Facebook and tag as well.

To Send it to Yahoo Mail Save it From the Group to your Computer than Go to your Email Than Send a Email to your Self and Attach the Picture to the Email

To Send it to Facebook Save it to your Computer Than Go to Facebook.com Than Go to Photos if There is a Specific Album you Want it to Go to Go to that Album than Click Add Photos Other Wise On the Main photos Page Click Add Photos
