I seriously doubt that. BUT - I have seen over and over again cases in which one spouse dies and the other follows very quickly thereafter, even when the surviving spouse had no history of illness (except, maybe, just age.)
I don’t believe their “heart strings” were broken, though. I believe that the stress, the hormones stress causes, their new-found apathy, and their lack of willingness to take care of themselves anymore is REALLY what caused their deaths.

So, no, I don’t believe the text is real, even though I know the photo is. I believe another answerer gave the proper name for these - I just can’t recall it right now.
