i know alot of people, including me, who go through facebook and myspace everyday checking for new mail, comments etc, y? wat makes it sooo addicting?

I have no idea.. could be because your bored to tears or you have ADD and can't stop changing your layouts and graphics on your page and spam all your friends with comments and such.
You could be a blog-aholic and blog constantly every other hour of the day.
Or it could be simply that it's the only way you keep in touch with OLD friends that you went to school with 20 yrs. ago or whatever. Who knows..
