Any Websites that are a hub for animators?

I've been working on many different online collaboration projects which are usually animated series. I mainly work out of newgrounds.com as I get to help people without experience and who work for free, or sometimes cghub.com which has better quality but requires money from kickstarter and the like. I am looking to find more websites where i can work through and reach out to animators to work with to create more projects, whether the animators would require money or not.

I want to build a small roster of places where I can go to get animation projects completed and pass that information on. Does anyone know any sites that are like forums or gathering communities of animators besides newgrounds cghub or craigslist?

Once in a while cgsociety.org, indiedb.com I am in the same boat where I am roaming around looking for projects to jump on. Lots come from contacts on facebook or twitter though, it seems like if they are decent projects they pull more from people they know.
