shouldn't they be facebook friends again if they are getting back together?

ok..first off i am asking this question cuz i like her...and i am positive she likes me..it is just that she loved him and was with him for 4 yrs so i understand

her ex lives 7 hrs away so it is a long dist rel so she hasnt seen him since they got back together

anyways..they broke up for about 6 months i think and were still listed as facebook friends..i know that...and then they werent listed as friends on each others facebook friends lists all of a sudden( i guess 2 months ago or so) but a month ago she said they were starting to get back together...

isnt it odd that they arent on facebook friends now if they have gotten back together??..i mean one hasnt unblocked the other i guess?? they are college aged kids so they both are obsessed with facebook...wouldnt you unblock someone if you are dating them again?? isnt this strange?

I know a lot of people who choose not to be Facebook friends with their significant others. One girl I know rationalized it with an incident that had happened earlier in their relationship. She had seen a picture posted of her boyfriend where another girl was trying to kiss him. She became very jealous and it strained the relationship for awhile. They removed each other as friends and even blocked each other to remove the risk of jealousy over posts from other people.
