Can I automatically publish Tweets to my Facebook Page?
I know the Twitter app is supposed to do it, but it doesn't work with pages.

I have SelectiveTweets or whatever it is, but it requires the tweets to have #fb appended to them. I don't want to do this.

I just want any Twitter update to automatically post as my Facebook status for my Fan Page. How can I do that?
