How to deactivate these accounts?
How do I deactivate my BBM account on my android?? Also, is there any way by which I can delete my instagram account??

P.s.- I want to delete these permanently and not by just uninstalling from my phone. ..

I can help you on how to permanently delete your Instagram only. If i had a BBM i would help there too, but i only use Instagram.

Log into your Instagram online http://instagram.com/ once you are logged in click on your username that is on the top. a menu will come down and click on "Edit Profile".

Now that you are in the "Edit Profile" scroll to the bottom of the page. You should see a link that says "I'd like to delete my account" click on that and you should be able to permanently delete your Instagram account.
