Will data sent/received show up on phone bill when using wifi?

If I'm using wifi, and I turn off cell data, will my sent and received data (eg snapchats, Facebook messenger, app updates etc) show up on my phone bill or be track-able through either the phone company or the wifi provider?? I know that I will still receive data as in snapchats and stuff, but since I won't be using the phone plan's data to receive them, is there any way that my Internet usage can be tracked? I'm guessing it can't be tracked through the phone company as it's nothing to do with them as it's using wifi not the phone plan/provider, but can you look at the Internet usage or what devices have used the wifi??

No. You are using wifi, so of course your non usage of data would not show up.

No, it will only show total usage (Downloads+Uploads combined)
