Fb Login Approvals From "facebook for every phone"?

I have login approvals acctivated...
and I use the "get codes" thing which provides 10 codes to use whenever needed because I never seem to recieve a message with the code on my phone...

The problem is when loging in from the "facebook for every phone" app.. I can't use thoose 10 codes and I need to login from the app.. What could I do?
I allready tried getting new codes by sms.... I didn't recieve anything. some people say that I souldn't try durring rush hours because the system is like overloaded :\ .. but when are the rush hours?!
