Can I wiev Facebook profiles & images without being logged in?

So, can I see people's profiles and images on Facebook without being logged in? Or if I have to be logged in, can I see them if a person whose profile or image I want to see isn't my friend?

you cant do ANYTHING on facebook except if u are a member and u are logged in!!! u always need to be logged in to do everything u want...

and when u are logged on, nope, you cant see the pictures or the profile of people that are not ur friends except if that person has put privacy settings that allow every1 to view his/her profile...
other than that, when you are logged in, you can do everything and view every1's profile and pictures that are your friends.
