Why would a guys friend pleasure himself in front of you?

There is this guy in my college, and what's gets me is he can talk to a lot of people and other girls, he does have a crush on me but its like its turning into obsession with me. His best friend and his friends well they watch me all the time, like he is telling them too. When he is around me he tends to act shy and he tensions up and his face blushes red. I do like him too, but how come when my guy friends can talk to me or something his friends would go and tell him. They watch me like everyday they even signal each other when am out. His friends have followed me home before, likes his friends are all doing the dirty work for him. His friends watch me on Facebook who I am talking too. but I haven't add the guy who I like just his friends. Even still why are they doing this. I really do like him I just haven't talked to him yet just smiled but his friends would talk to me, or even the hold the door. They are very protected over me well I am small to medium height. If other guys around me they would be close some behind and in front. The guys who likes me well he would cross the road and wait for me too cross and then he walks on but he always looks behind. But just doesn't speak? Odd, I know! But is can talk like a leg of a stool. when he looks at me he bites his lips a lot, and when he is sitting near me he always looks down at his groin area rubs his thigh legs and his friends they touché themselves in front of me and the other friend well he was doing it you know what I mean, grabbing it and pleasuring himself. why don't you just go up to the guy and ask him whats up? don't be shy or scared, just speak the truth and there's nothing wrong in speaking the truth.
or if thats too much then just ask his guy friends whats going on, or just say it's pretty obvious
