I need help with Instagram!?

So I can't follow my friend on Instagram. I had her blocked as a joke and I forgot. She just reminder me and said "Follow her" so when I tried it said I requested it and it didn't work. But the thing is she had me blocked to and when she unblocked she followed me. I have no idea what to do. I deleted it and redownloaded it and logged out and back in but nothing happened.

When you have someone blocked you can still view their profile but will be unable to follow them. You'll need to actively unblock her, which is done the same way you block someone. Then it should all return to normal.
