I have got +15000 fans in facebook page which I have created 14 days ago. How can I take advantage of such big fan following? The users are of age between 15-25. Any kind of suggestion will be helpful.

Before you do anything is the fans on your facebook account or on your fanpage there is a big difference as you can not sell or promote anything on your personal facebook account, you can only mention it not do the hard sell but if it's a business page (fanpage) then you can.
I would make a great iframe page for your business page that will sell your service or product as soon as a visitor comes to your site.
