forgot my fb password and gmail id is not showing content how to access my account

Go to facebook .com and click on "Forget password" just below the password section.

Enter any of the following
Email, Phone, Username or Full Name

If you enter Email then password reset message will be mailed to your email adress,
if you enter phone number password reset code wiil be messaged to your phone
if you enter yor name you need to identify your account and select the way of reseting password.
