Simply NO... Facebook authorities don't share anybody's IP details with random users. Facebook IP details are usually sent out in the following conditions:
- If they are asked by the law enforcement authorities(police or crime branch) of any country to do so..
- If you are a FB account owner & you want to know the login logs of your FB account(only your own personal account's login logs..)
Don't be anxious, just beware don't click on any external link.. bcoz if u do so. ur IP details may be traced by an external website(beyond the control of facebook.)

No it's never possible to find out any one using facebook page. But some methods available to find out your External ip address means your internet service provider ip address. By using this ip every one can find your internet service provider details, country etc. If you want to find out your external ip address visit http://www.ip-details.com/
