How many reports are needed to close a facebook page?

Ok, my friend is official sponsor for a product, he has created a page on facebook to market it, but some people are creating a lot of fake pages representing this product, he reported these pages to facebook as a "fake page" but they are not closing.. so any suggestions how to shut these fake pages down? or there are certain amounts needed for reporting these pages?

Unless you got an inside connection with Facebook, probably well over a hundred, all at the same time. They get hundreds of reports a day. They're not going to notice one or two here and there.

you can send them an email. i did when i was creating my page, & they answered me the next day.
