Where can I find a site that shows men over 50 how to become a body builder?
I have some workout experience and have benched in the 400's in my 20's but I need to find out what differences there are for older men now that I'm in my late 40's.
I'm concerned with diet, recuperation, joint/tendon health and some of the factors I didn't need to worry about as much at 21. Are there any sites that step you through the process of losing weight and putting on muscle from beginning to end? Ads |

Depends on if you are planning on doing it naturally or not. I always suggest staying with a natural organization that promotes healthy habits and lifestyle. For decades I have worked with all natural body builders and fitness competitors both male and female. There is so much information (or misinformation) out there.
Some great organizations are INBF/WNBF. All natural is the way to go, and if you find trainers/coaches in your area who are affiliated with such organizations, I highly suggest checking into them. Competitions can be fierce, and you want to be in a fair battle with men your age, and level the playing field by staying natural! Hope this helps! Good Luck! Now go get 'em!
