When you make a facebook page?

Okay, so when you make a facebook page for something it will say "42" like this, and then say like "21" are talking about this. What does that mean? They're talking about my page? Help/

if the 42 or 21 like something that you posted then yes, they like whatever you posted. if the 42 or 21 like something on your new feed (constant updates from friends and pages you've liked) then they like that thing and not aomething you've created. I Hope this Helps!!!

21 is talk with you Menes Other people Talk with you thru your blog ya website.
