Where can I find a site that shows men over 50 how to become a body builder?
I have some workout experience and have benched in the 400's in my 20's but I need to find out what differences there are for older men now that I'm in my late 40's.

I'm concerned with diet, recuperation, joint/tendon health and some of the factors I didn't need to worry about as much at 21.

Are there any sites that step you through the process of losing weight and putting on muscle from beginning to end?

Depends on if you are planning on doing it naturally or not. I always suggest staying with a natural organization that promotes healthy habits and lifestyle. For decades I have worked with all natural body builders and fitness competitors both male and female. There is so much information (or misinformation) out there.

Some great organizations are INBF/WNBF. All natural is the way to go, and if you find trainers/coaches in your area who are affiliated with such organizations, I highly suggest checking into them.

Competitions can be fierce, and you want to be in a fair battle with men your age, and level the playing field by staying natural!

Hope this helps! Good Luck! Now go get 'em!
