Cannot connect to facebook while using mobile data network?

Hi,

My phone is Galaxy Note 3, an android phone.
When I don't have wifi, and I turn on mobile data I simply cannot connect facebook from the application or from the default internet browser and not even from google chrome browser.
I have no problems visiting websites, surfing the web, and checking mail while on mobile data. It's just facebook.

When I have wifi on, everything works fine.

I have downloaded latest facebook application version from google play
I have cleared the cache/reinstalled the app. even force stopped
Restarted the phone

Please help?
upd1:The facebook in my area works perfectly fine- my friends that have the very same phone and the same mobile operator have no problem whatsoever.

if you Cant Connect to Facebook on your Phone and All Other Sites Are Working Fine Than Facebook May Temporary Be Down in your Area Try Again Later
